The American Federation of Teachers (AFT) Reading Opens the World Book Giveaway and Family Literacy Celebration is coming to Anderson! Working with the Anderson Federation of Teachers, the national AFT has shipped 7,000 books to Anderson High School. Staff and students have the opportunity to select free books prior to the girls basketball game on January 24th and the boys basketball game on January 27th. Doors open at 5:00 pm each evening.

In addition to the Anderson High School basketball games these nights, the elementary girls basketball teams will be recognized on January 24th and the elementary boys basketball teams will be recognized on January 27th.
