The Madison County Health Department is hosting a Free Sports Physicals and Vaccinations clinic at Anderson High School on Monday, July 29, 2024 from 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm! This is a great opportunity for students wishing to play sports to get their required physicals for the upcoming school year and for all students to get their school vaccinations.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If the parent or guardian is not available, an individual over 18 years old may accompany the child and must present a note signed by the parent or legal guardian.
