ACS F.I.R.S.T. Strategic Plan

Adopted by the Board of Trustees in September 2023, the ACS F.I.R.S.T strategic plan sets the framework and course for the corporation over the next 4 years. We feel the acronym F.I.R.S.T. provides the perfect framework for focusing our collective efforts to be the first and best option for students and their families in Anderson and Madison County. Below is the plan in English and Spanish.

At ACS we truly believe that our teachers and staff make us the first and best choice for students and families in Anderson and Madison County. That is why the "T" in our ACS F.I.R.S.T. strategic plan stands for "Teacher and Staff Supported". Throughout the 2024-2025 school year we will be highlighting teachers and staff on why they choose to work at Anderson Community Schools.
